From the basic subscriber screen (shown above), you can access and enter other types of subscriber information. Double-clicking on an individual order opens a window displaying the complete order record (shown below). This window overlays the subscriber screen in a manner that keeps the pertinent subscriber information visable. Other scrollable areas, pop-up menus and many of the buttons work exactly the same way, giving you access to all subscriber information directly from one screen.
